The current application has been delayed, after council officers said some communities potentially affected were not aware of the proposals.

Tarmac have been trying to get planning permission for the last 4 years
 
This is really interesting, tarmac got similar permission at Stainton quarry near us, can't believe the size of the area they have permission to quarry away for limestone
