Yes. Obviously S Hughes is the late Simon JS Hughes, John Aston was fellow member of Noth Cards Mining Club - the now occupied house at Caignon in the Rheidol was the club hut, I believe that he now owns and runs the Red Kite Cafe on the Aber road opp Llangynog. Chris Williams author of several books, a search will show. Mike Chalton, if the same one , he bought a lamp of me and still speaks to me. Paul Deanin??? Sure its not "Paul Deakin" of PDMHS . Mick Durdy could be a handwriting misread for the late Damian McCurdy who was a very good frined of mine. The last UG trip he did was Frongoch via the adit crawl, long before the current access shaft.

for the people you know who are still alive , do any of them use email roy ?

for the people who sadly passed , did you ever mention photos or trip logs .

If yes happy to discuss on PM

As you know, I have everything of Simons, and now so do you off my disk. John Ashton, you could call in the Red Kite when round that way and see if he still around. Of the other, not around any more, except Mike. I have just searched Outlook and its a negative, so maybe he emails unde ra 'handle', like a lot of people post on here. If its any help, his location is Ayrshire. Does it sit?

I had some dealings with Graham Wooley in the 90s via NWCRO where he was a contemoprary of Cris Ebbs at the Grovenor. We once gave him a lift up to Moel Fferna in a 4WD which very nearly ended up on its roof after mounting the side-wall of a holloway.

I was underground with Graham Wooley in January 2013.

Chris Williams died in July 2017.

Is it possible that 'Llyn Wilkie' is Lynn Willies?

Mick Durdy was a member of the Eldon club in Derbyshire. He was a companion of the late Torchy (Paul Foster).
Both are now dead.

All these people that have passed , has anyone ever considered asking if they had photos / trip logs ?

I know this is a sensitive grey area but surely it must be discussed?

Also the name R southwick .
