North part of Tryphena sett. A small copper and tin mine, operating seven northeast-trending lodes located about 350 yards east of Killivose hamlet. It later became linked with South Tolcarne Mine and was eventually absorbed into The Pendarves United Mines group. Alongside South Tolcarne Mine, it yielded 320 tons of black tin and 1,300 tons of copper ore with an average grade of 11% between 1858 and 1883.
