1852 with Prosper United. Operated from 1810 to 1863, yielding 11,000 tons of copper alongside some quantities of tin. Today, extensive dumps remain in the vicinity adjacent to Kestal Farm. This location is suitable for individuals with limited mobility, as parking is available on the grass verge opposite the site entrance, with easy access across the lane. The terrain is relatively level, with minimal overgrowth hindering movement. There are several spoil heaps to explore, with abundant material scattered throughout the area.
