With Wheal Nancy. A copper mine, exploited the eastern extensions of North Lode and Middle Lode from Wheal Bolton. These lodes, situated approximately 130 yards apart within the mining area, trend east-southeast and east-northeast, respectively, before converging eastward between Rospeath Mine and West Wheal Fortune. Traces of abandoned shafts, covered by vegetation, and discarded material can still be found in the wooded area between Rospeath Farm and the railway line. Rospeath Mine operated concurrently with Wheal Bolton and West Wheal Fortune for some time, with Wheal Nancy later becoming part of the mining operation. Unfortunately, there are no available records regarding the mine’s output.
