Large open-pit mine that was operational for extracting tin and copper ores until approximately 1917. However, it is currently completely inaccessible due to dense vegetation growth and the presence of a large, green, slimy pond. Numerous open shafts are scattered along the path of the open-pit mining area. This information is referenced from Dines.

1700s 1823-1824 ..1858..
