Small mine that extracted both iron and tin. It operated on a lode that trended in a north-northwest direction through killas terrain. The engine shaft, located at the grid reference, is currently situated beneath a farmhouse. In 1877, the mine produced 400 tons of hematite, an iron ore. Additionally, in 1874, it extracted 8 tons of cassiterite, a tin ore.
