Worked the ‘string’ off the Holloway Vein, which cuts across the road leading up to Pen-y-ball Top from Holloway Road. The workings can be traced as a line of shafts and mounds, extending from the north-west of the modern covered reservoir and viewpoint at SJ 2802 7584, to SJ 1792 7528, which corresponds to the Sir Edward sett
