The area comprises several mines, such as Seal Hole Mine, Wheal Kine, Trevaunance Mine, North Seal Hole Mine, Wheal Pye, Wheal Pell, Turnavore Mine, and smaller operations like Squiddler, Prosper, Park, East Trevaunance, and Dolgo. Additionally, some mines situated in the eastern section of the area, previously referred to as St Agnes Consols, were eventually incorporated into the Wheal Kitty group. Open cast and shaft.
