Crude dressing shelter built against a rock outcrop. Some rail in situ. This is placed directly into sleepers with no chairs. 140m long drive to two short branches which are both blind. Very limited roofing activity evident
Slate gazetteer states that the mine was worked 1890s to 1914 and then briefly by Llew Twrog in the 1920s. Transport of slates would have been by packhorse/mule
