A John Edwards had 2 men at work on a good string of ore.
1855-59
Pierce Williams holds take note and has couple of men clearing old works and driving a level.
1859
William Williams who had been active in Rhaiadarwst forms partnership with WIlliams operating both mines, John Edwards being the other partner. 19 men at work.
1862
After disagreement over lease, lease forfeited.
1868
Lease for the 2 sites taken by L. Ledward & J.E. Jones who had 12 men draining the mine. Couple of tons of ore recovered.
1877
After some unsuccesfull years lease taken by Trefriw Mining Company Limited, subscribed to mainly by local men.
Consults Vernon & Bennet for what now becomes a mish mash of different workings worked by same company.
