- 1897 Camrorne School of Mines take over South Condurrow Mine, renaming it King Edward Mine in 1901. Equipped with modern (for those days) machinery
- 1987 Volunteer group formed to conserve site as educational resource
- 2000 Trevithick Trust leased the museum/mill part from the CSM
- 2002 Opened to the public
- 2996 Trevithick Trust Folds
- 2014 Site in poor state
- c2015 Site taken over by council and with National Lottery grant does sme restoration
- 2107 Re-opened to the public
