Northeast-southwest striking lode within Ordovician Lower and Upper Van Formation grits and mudstones. Mineralisation includes galena, barytes, and witherite.
Workings include two shafts east of Bryntail Farm at SN 9230 8716 and SN 9247 8724, with additional trial shafts and opencuts at SN 9262 8730 and SN 9285 8741. The foundations of a 20“ pumping/winding engine house, once located near the engine shaft, are now barely visible as low earthworks in pasture. A small reservoir is present at SN 9210 8689.
