1841 with Stray Park. This mine exploited mineral lodes running along the railway line beneath Camborne town. Its boundaries were defined by Stray Park Road to the east and Trevenson Street and South Terrace to the north. To the south, it adjoined Carn Camborne Mine. Today, the area is entirely urbanized.

The mine worked several lodes, named Town, Caunter, Main, Old South, Middle, and South lodes, arranged from north to south. Notably, the Main lode represents the westward extension of the corresponding lode worked at Dolcoath Mine.

Between 1816 and 1855, the mine produced 37,500 tons of copper ore averaging 7.5% purity, along with 350 tons of black tin and 30 tons of arsenic. Additionally, in 1827, in conjunction with West Stray Park Mine, it contributed another 1,330 tons of copper ore at 7.5% purity. The New Dolcoath section yielded 220 tons of copper ore at 8.5% purity and 45 tons of black tin between 1872 and 1875.
