Trials and shaft of which nothing remains.

Trials were undertaken in the area of Tir-y-coed Farm during the late 19th century, though they yielded little success. The Truro Whim Shaft, recorded by Earp in 1958, is noted as having worked the Maeshafn Vein. However, little physical evidence remains to confirm this.
