Including Wheal Cock. Former sett of Wheal Seton was located just north of Camborne town in the Rosewarne district. Unfortunately, nothing of the mine remains today as its sett was destroyed during the construction of the A30 trunk road (Camborne bypass) in the 1980s. Wheal Seton was situated close to Wheal Emily Henrietta, approximately 400 yards northwest, and other neighboring mines like East Wheal Seton, West Wheal Seton, New Wheal Seton, and Wheal Gerry (South Roskear Mine) about half a mile southwest. The area was abundant in copper and tin lodes, with notable productions from mines like North Roskear, West Wheal Seton, and Wheal Seton, although their contributions to the local economy were overshadowed by the significant outputs of nearby Dolcoath mine.
