Small copper mine located on Lemellan Moor, established in 1820 by the landowner, Mr. Rowe. Legal disputes arose when the adventurers of East Crinnis Mine asserted their claim to the mineral rights. Eventually, Wheal Rowe’s operations were assimilated by East Crinnis Mine.
