Underground. 2 adits with some chambering.*
The upper adit is adjacent to a dressing shed and drum house, with several small workings opening to the bank and a steeply inclined shaft downward. Some rail remains in the upper tunnel. The incline formation is heavily degraded. The tramway to Rhiwgoch now partly forms the farmhouse access road.
Developed by Joseph Kellow in the 1870s. In the early 1900s - merged with Rhiwgoch.
