A modest lead mine situated on the southern side of the valley southeast of Trelaske farm. It operated on a north-south trending lode and intersected two east-west trending lodes, which were approximately 100 yards apart. Various shafts and partially obscured dumps can still be found in the wooded area near the river. It’s important not to mistake this mine for the Duchy Peru Mine.
