Small copper mine, also known as Truro Consols, situated on the western slopes of Penwartha Coombe, southwest of Bolingey. Initially worked under the name Perran Wheal Kitty in 1871, it later amalgamated with Perran Wheal Jane in 1852 under the name Perran Wheal Jane Consols. The mine operated on two lodes containing copper ores and pyrite, with the northern lode also containing some sphalerite. Access to the lodes was provided by an adit along the southern lode and by a shallow shaft. In 1911, the property underwent a trial for tin, resulting in the extraction of 3.5 tons of black tin during development works. However, a subsequent trial in 1930 proved unsuccessful.
