1845 | Came up for sale together with Cardigan United Mining Co mines Blaen Ceulan, Cwmerfin, Nantiago and Llechwedd Helyg. The mine had been little worked before this date. |
1848 | Promoted for re-opening by Matthew Francis. |
1850 | Small water wheel and set of pumps installed. |
1850s | Francis persuaded a John Hayward to invest in the mine, who later ran the mine himself as a private venture leased from the Gogerthan estate. |
1870 | Reached 26fm level. |
1876 | Belonged to Hayward’s son. |
Remote mine in the Cwm Lleri valley, best apporached by a long walk from Bont-Goch to the west.
