Although the grid reference denotes the position of Harris’s Engine Shaft, the site is now largely obscured by farm buildings. The mine exploited four northeast-trending lodes: New Tin Lode, Vosper’s Lode, Great Gossen Lode, and South Tin Lode, arranged from north to south. The three southernmost lodes were closely situated and were accessed via crosscuts from the shaft and short-level drives along their strikes. Additionally, a crosscut from one of the levels connected to the New Tin Lode. According to Dines (1956), there was minimal activity on the property, and there are no records of output.
