Located immediately south of Wheal Liberty, this small copper mine operated an east-northeast trending lode that traversed the valley of Trevellas Coombe southwest of Mithian. It commenced operations from 1805 to 1817, and then recommenced from 1825 to 1829. The mine advertised materials for sale in 1829, including a 54-inch cylinder engine. During its initial operation, the mine sold 86 tons of copper ore, and an additional 530 tons were raised between 1825 and 1829. Most of the mine’s workings were situated on the west side of the valley, with several overgrown dumps remaining south of the viaduct.
