Features Harvey’s Folly - a reconstruction of a freemin entrance built by former freeminer Dave Harvey.



  • Founded as a charity in 1979 as a response to public concern that the heritage of the Forest of Dean was disapearing.
  • Trust bough former corn mill - Camp Hill and opened museum in 1983.
  • Major refurbishment funded by the National Lottery in 2003.
