Mine owned by Concord Tin Mines Ltd. (80%) and Legal & General Assurance (20%). It is situated just north of Wheal Briton and was amalgamated with it for a period under the name East Treskerby Mine, according to A.K. Hamilton Jenkin. The mine operated for tin from 1823 to 1868. After 1860, it became part of the Scorrier Consols sett.

In more recent years, the mine underwent intermittent reworking attempts but was ultimately abandoned due to disappointing results.
