Underground working with 4 adits, 1 collapsed.**
The site includes four adits arranged on separate levels; the lowest is now collapsed. At the top level are the remains of a dressing shed, with a well-built smithy immediately below and another dressing shed backing onto it. At the valley floor are the ruins of a small mill, though it appears unlikely that machinery was ever installed. Sawn slate ends found on site indicate the probable use of a hand-cranked circular saw. Additional trial adits lie to both the east and west of the main workings.
A compact underground quarry developed in a small valley. Worked mainly in the late 1870s, employing around 12 men and producing roughly 60 tons per year. Output was carted away by road, with no evidence of tramways or mechanical haulage.
