The grid reference provided corresponds to the portal of the main underground working, Fell End Level. The veins that were worked in this area include Fell End, Wellington, Blucher, and Scatter Scar. Additionally, Tanner’s Rake, although covered in a separate locality, was also part of the mining operations.
