Incorporated the Clifford and Poldory sections of the former United Mines, along with Wheal Andrew and Wheal Britannia. Initially operating from 1923 to 1941, it produced 52 tons of black tin during this period. The mine was later reopened in 1976 and worked alongside Wheal Jane to assist in dewatering operations, ultimately closing in 1991.

Mount Wellington Mine extracted minerals from Trenare’s Lode through several shafts, including Robinson’s Shaft, Hawkins’ Shaft, Wheal Friendship Shaft, Trenare’s Shaft, and Dunstan’s Shaft. Additionally, it utilized Wheal Jewel Shaft in the Wheal Britannia section and Sampson’s Shaft and Buzza’s Shaft in the Poldory Section for mining operations.
