| 1869 | Company collapses, items for sale including: two waterwheels, 700fm wire rope, drawing machine and ore stamps. |
| 1872 | Attempt to float Erglodd and Penpompren Silver Lead Mines for £30,000 with favourable report by Absalom Francis in prospectus. A letter to the Mining Journal by Edward Gledhill the former manager stating that there was no ore, and previous shareholders had lost £8,000 scuppered this. |
| 1883 | Erglodd United formed to work the three mines, but not much was done. |
