Lights

View attachment 675I find 6k lumens covers metal mines very well .

I don't know a lot about mines in Italy tbh , If your exploring large slate caverns its very different to coffin levels !

having multiple people standing in various locations certainly helps.

I have never used anything other than a mobile phone .
That pic is neither slate nor metal though, Tom. OK, so it's an offshoot of a lead mine. Just down the road and 700ft or so beneath me. Great place the limestone quarry!

Just a quick thought - for me what you often need for easy photos is a simple tripod and several diffuse lights. I got an 'Amazon basics' tripod for 12 euros which weighs nothing - flimsy but fine with a small shutter delay. And DIY stores are the place to go for lights. Rechargeable decorators / builders lights, waterproof and tough, super cheap. Lidl (or as we say in Italy 50, 1, 500, 50) had some in recently for about 15 euros. Those and a reasonable phone camera make nice photos v easy :)
50 1 50 500 :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

What about the others , who you “may” be able to get access from, using the super secret adit.
